At a time when I felt so lost, I found my purpose through Yoga in 2019. As someone who has never stepped foot on a mat, you could say training to be a Yoga Teacher was love at first breath. I completed my 200hr YTT in Raja/Hatha Yoga with a background in Ayurveda, which I'm currently studying along with Yoga Therapy. After a 300hr YTT and other trainings, I became a certified Health Coach and teach Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Restorative, Chair Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Hot Yoga. I also completed a 225hr YTT in Barcelona 2023 with Ana Forrest and am now a certified Forrest Yoga Teacher, a style that "encourages you to stalk your fears so you can understand how to release your traumas".

I found that my passion is learning about and providing preventative health services. I continue to draw knowledge and skills from different practices all over the world and from different bodies in my own classes, always expanding my abilities to be a better guide for my students. I teach from a place of compassion and strive to provide what you need that day, whether it's to unwind into bliss or to sweat out your demons. In my classes, learn to master your body, rejuvenate your mind, and ignite your spirit; through meditation, intuitive breath, philosophy, and occasional Yoga mythology, find a deeper connection to your Self.

On the mat, I am a student just as much as I am your teacher. I look forward to feeling the sensations, releasing tensions, moving energy, learning from my mistakes, and finding balance with you. Off the mat, I'm an explorer: I read, stick my hands in some dirt and cook what I've grown, and get my entire body dirty via hiking, rock climbing, and camping.
