More than just a physical practice, I am passionate about using yoga to strengthen mind, body, and spirit together. I have
learned the benefits of yoga through years of personal practice and have found enhanced joy by sharing it with others. I believe yoga allows us to find deeper connection to ourselves and even those around us, and teach with the goal of helping yogis find that for themselves. I like focusing on breathwork in my instruction to aid in finding greater control and strength to push through the discomfort and tiredness that comes with moving our bodies in new ways. I hope that someone would feel pride for their accomplishments after taking my class, but compassion for what they cannot yet do as we recognize that all our bodies are different and it takes time to progress and grow a yoga practice.
