DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

60 MINUTES

Vinyasa is mindful movement paired with breath. We flow through creative sequences with intention, moving from posture to posture to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility for your body.  This class moves at a faster pace paired with awesome tunes. Each teacher’s style is unique. There are both heated and non-heated classes offered. Heated is between 80-90 degrees using infrared technology.  This class is excellent on active recovery workout days. All levels welcome. Some yoga experience is helpful.


DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

(EXPRESS CLASS) 45 minutes

A quicker version of Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class. We flow through creative sequences with intention, moving from posture to posture to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility for your body.  We get right into it with a warmup, followed by intense flows. Each teacher’s style is unique. There are both heated and non-heated classes offered. FLOW with BREATH AND MOVEMENT

There are both heated and non-heated classes offered. Heated is between 80-90 degrees using infrared technology. This class is excellent on active recovery workout days. FLOW with BREATH AND MOVEMENT

RECOVER

60 MINUTES

Different than Vinyasa Flow class, Recover works toward challenging your body and your mind in stillness. This class is slower than a typical Vinyasa class, as the teacher guides you deeper into a series of postures, from standing to seated poses, with intentional movement. Although it isn’t a fast-paced flow, you still work and you could still sweat.  This is a great compliment to a tough training day. Classes are heated between 80-90 degrees using infrared technology. All levels welcome.
