CATHY FISHER

Formerly from Southern California, I now call Texas home and incorporate my experience and love of dance and cheerleading to my yoga practice. With a passion for a happy and healthy lifestyle, I like to put forth a yoga philosophy of meditation in motion on and off the mat. I received my 200-RYT from Pralaya Yoga (Houston, TX) under Robert Boustany in 2015 and Kid’s Yoga Teacher Training from The River Yoga Studio (Denver, CO) under Samy Mattei & Danielle Barbeau in 2016. 

My first teaching experience was with jiu jitsu & dance students so you can be sure to find a dynamic & high energy yoga class style that incorporates a bit from each yoga lineage whether it be Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, or Ashtanga. My goal is help you challenge mind, body, and breath as you find your edge and depth.

Whether it’s your first time or 100th time on the mat, I want to help integrate your life on the mat to your life on the go. You’ll be sure to leave the class with more strength in body and peace in mind. With personal experience in athletics (tennis, track, spin), I understand that it all starts with just taking that first breath – so come join and cultivate your community and reignite the desire for progress as you take a journey to meeting your inner self.
